Navigate to the "Inventory" tab on your WebJoint dashboard.
From the dropdown menu, select "Kits." This action will redirect you to the overview of your active and inactive kits.
2. Managing Products within a Kit:
In the "Kits" overview, click on the specific kit you wish to manage. This will reveal details, including the products currently within the kit and their respective quantities.
Here, you can adjust quantities, remove items, or add new ones.
3. Adjusting the Par Level:
Find the quantity box corresponding to each product within the kit.
Click inside the box and manually type in the desired par level. This ensures you maintain the preferred minimum stock level for each product.
4. Adding New Packages:
Locate the "Add New Packages" button at the top of the page and click on it.
A window will appear allowing you to add new packages based on either the product name or the UID (Unique Identifier) number.
5. Refilling Products Individually:
Next to each product line item, there's a "Refill" button.
By clicking this, you can quickly replenish that specific product in the kit based on its par level or another specified amount.
6. Refilling the Entire Kit:
To refill all products in the kit simultaneously, click on the "Refill" button located at the top of the page.
Two primary refill methods will appear:
Based on Par Level: This option will automatically restock all items in the kit to meet their respective par levels.
Based on a Kit Template: Using a pre-established template, this option fills the kit with predetermined items and quantities. This is useful if you want to maintain a standard kit configuration.
