Introduction:
During operations, there might be instances where specific products from an inventory kit need to be returned to the main inventory. WebJoint provides two straightforward methods to facilitate this. In this guide, we'll walk through both methods to help you efficiently manage your inventory.

Step-by-Step Guide:

Method 1: Using the Red 'X'

1. Access Your Kits:
Begin by navigating to the "Inventory" tab on the left side of your WebJoint dashboard. Within the inventory section, select "Kits."

2. Select the Desired Kit:
Browse through your list of active and inactive kits to find the one you wish to edit. Click on the desired kit to view its contents.

3. Locate the Product:
Within the kit, identify the product you want to return to the main inventory.

4. Return the Package:
On the far right side of the product's line item, you'll notice a red 'X'. Click on this icon.

5. Choose the Destination Room:
A dropdown menu will appear, allowing you to select the room where you'd like the inventory from that package to be returned. Make your selection and confirm.

Method 2: Using the Left Arrow and Return Button

1. Access and Select Your Kit:
Just as in the first method, navigate to "Inventory," then "Kits," and select the kit you wish to edit.

2. Locate the Package:
Scroll to find the product whose package you wish to return.

3. View Package Details:
To the left of the product, there's a small arrow icon. Click on it. This will expand the view to display details of the package assigned to that product.

4. Initiate the Return:
You'll see a prominent red button labeled "Return." Click on this button to initiate the process of returning the package.

5. Select Destination Room:
As before, a dropdown will appear prompting you to choose the room for the returned inventory. Select the appropriate room and confirm the return.

Conclusion:
Returning packages from a kit to the main inventory is a straightforward process in WebJoint. By following either of the methods above, businesses can ensure accurate inventory tracking and streamline their inventory management processes.
