Introduction:
For businesses that need a streamlined way to manage, analyze, and back up their package data, WebJoint provides a simple exporting function. This feature lets you export your packages in a well-organized CSV file, with options to customize what data is included based on your needs. This article will guide you through the steps to export packages using WebJoint.

Steps to Export Packages:

  1. Navigate to the Inventory Section:

    • Start by logging into your WebJoint dashboard.

    • Click on the 'Inventory' tab situated on the left-hand side of your screen.

    • From the dropdown menu, choose 'Packages.'

  2. Using Filters (Optional):

    • On the right-hand side of the screen, you'll see a filter panel.

    • You have the option to refine your export based on:

      • Category

      • Sub Category

      • Status

      • Locations

      • Received Date Range

      • Metrc Discrepancy

      • Adjustment Reason

      • Whether it's a METRC or non-METRC package.

  3. Choosing Your Export Type:

    • Scroll down to the bottom of the filter panel.

    • You'll notice two primary export options:

      • Export: By clicking this, you will download a CSV file that includes either all your packages or only those that match your specified filters.

      • Export by Location: Selecting this option means each room's packages will be represented in a separate row within the CSV file, providing a more granular breakdown based on locations.

  4. Download and Review:

    • Once you click on your desired export option, the system will generate and download the CSV file.

    • Open the file using any compatible software (like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets) to view, analyze, or store your packages' data.

Conclusion:
WebJoint's package exporting feature ensures that you have flexibility and control over your data. Whether you need a broad overview or a detailed breakdown by location, you can easily get the insights you need.
