Steps to Export Orders:

  1. Navigate to the Orders Tab:

    1. Start by logging into your WebJoint account.

    2. On the left-hand navigation panel, click on the “Orders” tab.

  2. Select Order View Mode:

    1. Ensure you're in "List Mode." If not, toggle between the modes using the option at the top of the screen. The "List Mode" allows for a streamlined view of all orders, suitable for exporting.

  3. Apply Filters (Optional):

    1. On the right side of the screen, you'll see the Filters section. If not immediately visible, click the little box with an arrow located on the top right corner of the order list to expand the filters tab.

    2. Here, you can refine which orders you want to export based on various criteria, such as order number, customer name, order status, etc. Adjust filters as needed for your export requirements.

  4. Initiate Export Process:

    1. Scroll down to the bottom of the Filters section (or the order list) and locate the "Export" button.

    2. Click on the "Export" button. This action will initiate the export process for the orders, considering any applied filters. If no filters are set, all orders in the list will be exported.

  5. Choose Export Type (Optional):

    1. By default, the system will generate a standard export file.

    2. However, if you require a more detailed breakdown, you can select the "Itemized Export" option. This choice will create a CSV where every item within an order has its own row, providing granular data for each order.

  6. Download the CSV File:

    1. Once you've clicked "Export," the system will process and generate a CSV (Comma-Separated Values) file.

    2. A notification or prompt will appear when the CSV is ready. Click on the provided link or prompt to download the file to your device.

  7. Accessing Your Exported File:

    1. Navigate to the downloads folder on your device or wherever your browser saves downloaded files.

    2. Locate and open the CSV file using a spreadsheet application, such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, to view, edit, or store your exported order data.

Conclusion: Exporting orders from WebJoint is a straightforward process that allows businesses to maintain accurate records, perform data analysis, or integrate with other systems. By following the steps outlined above, users can efficiently and accurately extract their order data as needed.
