Step-by-step Guide:
Accessing the Orders Tab:
Begin by clicking on the 'Orders' tab located on the left side of your screen. This action will display a list of orders.
Switching Views:
Ensure you are in 'List Mode'. If you are currently in 'Map Mode', you can toggle to 'List Mode' using the switch at the top of your screen.
Revealing the Filters:

On the right side of the screen, you should see a list of available filters.
If the filters aren't visible, locate a small box icon with an outward-facing arrow on the top right corner of the order list. Click on this icon to reveal the filter pane.
Utilizing Specific Filters:
Search Bar: Enter the order number, customer name, phone number, or city to quickly find a specific order.
Customer Type: Filter orders based on customer type: Adult Use, Medical, Doctor's Rec, Employee, or Any.
Driver/Employee Filter: If the order was a delivery, filter by the driver who completed it. For pick-up orders or in-store orders completed at the main facility, filter by the employee responsible.
Order Status: Filter orders based on their current status. The options are: Pending, Dispatched, In progress, canceled, completed, Refunded, Paused, and Scheduled.
Order Type: Narrow down your list by choosing Delivery, Pickup, In-store, or Refund.
Delivery Zone: Filter orders according to the specific delivery zone.
Discounts and Coupon Codes: Identify orders that had specific discounts or coupon codes applied.
Date Ranges:
Filter orders based on the date they were submitted.
Filter by the date the orders were completed.
Filter by the scheduled start date for orders.
Exporting Your Results:
After applying your desired filters, you can export the refined list by clicking on the 'Export' button located at the bottom of the filters pane.
Choose the 'Itemized Export' option if you wish each item within an order to appear as its own row in the exported CSV file.
