What are the order statuses?

Order Statuses:

  1. Pending: This status indicates that an order has been placed but hasn’t been processed or dispatched yet. It's awaiting further action.

  2. Dispatched: The order has been assigned to a driver or team for delivery or pickup. It means the order is in transit or awaiting transit.

  3. In Progress: This status signifies that the order is currently being processed, packed, or handled. It's not yet complete but is actively being worked on.

  4. Canceled: The order has been terminated either by the customer or the store. No further action will be taken on this order.

  5. Complete: The order has been successfully delivered, picked up, or processed. All necessary actions regarding this order have been finalized.

  6. Refunded: The order has been reversed, and the customer has been reimbursed. This could be due to various reasons, like product unavailability, customer dissatisfaction, or other factors.

  7. Paused: The order is temporarily on hold, often due to unforeseen circumstances or awaiting additional information. It will need further action to either proceed or be canceled.

  8. Scheduled: This status means that the order has been planned for a future date. It’s not in progress immediately but is set to be handled at a designated future time.
