Efficient and accurate tracking of your inventory is essential for a smooth-running cannabis delivery business. With the WebJoint, you can print QR codes for each package to streamline this process. This guide outlines the easy steps for generating and printing these QR codes.

Step 1: Navigate to the Packages Page

Start by navigating to the 'Packages' page. This page offers a comprehensive view of all your packages, simplifying inventory management.

Step 2: Select a Package

The next step is to locate and select the package that needs a QR code by clicking the print icon on the right.

Step 3: Select Sheet Size

With your package selected, the next action is to choose the size of the sheet for the QR code sticker. The platform refers to this as 'sheet size', and you have two options:

  • 2" x 1" (SL556)

  • 0.5" x 0.5" (SL556)

Make sure to choose the size that is most suitable for your packaging and can be easily scanned.

Step 4: Print QR Code

Once the package and sheet size are chosen, you're ready to print. Find the 'Print' button.

Step 5: Verify and Print

Before initiating the print job, ensure your printer is correctly set up. It should be properly connected, loaded with the correct sticker paper, and have sufficient ink. Once everything is set, confirm your print settings, and then click 'Print'.

Printing QR codes for your packages through the WJ platform helps increase the efficiency and reliability of your cannabis delivery business. By following these steps, you can seamlessly generate and print QR codes for each of your packages.
