The Orders Tab in WebJoint provides a comprehensive view of all orders placed through different sources - be it the POS system on the backend, the website, or the Weedmaps integration. This guide will walk you through how to navigate and make the most of the Orders tab.
Main View
The main view of the Orders tab provides a list of all orders along with their current status - Pending, Dispatched, In Progress, Canceled, Complete, Refunded, Paused, or Scheduled. These status indicators are located on the left side of each order.
Filtering and Exporting Orders
On the right side of the tab, you will find a section to filter the orders by various parameters such as customer type, assigned driver, order status, order type (Pickup, Delivery, In-store, Refunded), delivery zone, discounts, date range of order submission, order completion, scheduled order time, and orders being audited. Once you've selected the desired filters, you can export the filtered orders into a CSV file, either in regular or itemized format.
Map Mode
At the top of the page, you will find a toggle to switch between list view and map mode. The map mode offers a geographical visualization of all your orders. Each order is represented by a unique icon depending on its status. By clicking on the 'Legend' button, a dropdown list shows what each icon represents. Furthermore, you can view real-time GPS tracking of your drivers on the map.
Order Assignment and Route Management
On the left side of the map, you will find a list of all orders and the drivers to whom they are assigned. Here, you have the option to select individual drivers to view their assigned routes on the map, allowing you to manually rearrange the order of delivery if needed. You can also plan routes ahead of time using the Scheduled Route Management system.
Order Breakdown
Clicking on an order provides a detailed breakdown of the order, such as the current status, assigned driver, order type, source, customer details, payment type, notes, order details, scheduling information, and more. From this view, you can also perform several actions like printing, canceling, completing, reassigning, pausing, collecting, or packing the order.
Search Function
In the list mode, you can search for specific orders using parameters such as order number, name, phone number, or city.
