How to Cancel an Order

To Cancel an Order on your WebJoint Account:

  1. Go to Dashboard

  2. Click on Orders Tab 

  3. Filter by using the Search Box (Type either Order # or Customer Name)'

  4. Filter by Status, Order Type, or Date Range

  5. Click directly on Individual Order # 

  6. Click Select Action

  7. Select Cancel
